Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 May 2026
1. About
Trusted Companies (“we”, “us”) operates a verified directory of Estonian businesses at trustedcompanies.eu. By using the site, applying to be listed, or contacting a member through the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Listings and verification
We manually verify each applicant against the Estonian business registry (ariregister.rik.ee) and any publicly available signals before publishing a listing. We retain sole discretion over which listings are accepted, rejected, suspended, or removed. Verification does not constitute a guarantee, recommendation, or endorsement of the business's products or services.
3. Member responsibilities
- Keep your listing accurate and up to date.
- Respond to buyer enquiries in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
- Do not use enquiry data for purposes other than responding to the buyer's request. Bulk export or onward sale of enquiry contact data is prohibited.
- Maintain a valid Estonian business registration and any certifications you claim on your profile.
4. Buyer responsibilities
- Enquiries must be genuine — sent because you actually intend to engage the business.
- Provide accurate contact details so the member can reply.
- Do not use the platform to send spam, scams, or solicitations unrelated to the member's services.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to attack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise compromise the platform. Don't use it to publish content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property, harasses anyone, or violates someone's privacy.
6. Fees and renewals
Listing fees, if any, are agreed in writing at the time of approval and stated on the application or invoice. Listings are renewed annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. We'll notify you at least 30 days before each renewal.
7. Termination
You can cancel your listing at any time by emailing hello@trustedcompanies.eu. We may suspend or remove a listing for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
8. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, particular search rankings, lead volume, or commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by Estonian law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to a claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms when our practices change. Material changes will be announced via email to members and the “last updated” date above will change.
